İş Tanımı

* Develop and implement medical strategies and scientific content across the Neurology & Rare Diseases portfolio
* Design and deliver educational programs for internal medical teams and scientific partners
* Provide mentorship, guidance, and capability development for regional medical staff
* Represent the local organization in cross-country projects and global initiatives
* Build and sustain relationships with key opinion leaders at national and regional levels
* Drive strategic alignment between medical affairs and broader business objectives
* Support access and value-based initiatives through data-driven medical insights

Aradığımız Profil

* Medical Doctor (MD) degree is a must.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in medical affairs within the pharmaceutical industry.
* Solid background in Neurology and/or Rare Diseases is a strong advantage.
* Proven leadership and mentoring experience within medical teams.
* Demonstrated ability to build effective cross-functional collaboration with marketing, market access, and commercial functions.
* Strategic mindset with strong analytical and scientific interpretation skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills in both written and spoken English.
* Ability to engage and maintain long-term relationships with national and regional key opinion leaders.
* High level of accountability, adaptability, and initiative in a fast-changing environment.
* Willingness to work in a dynamic, innovation-driven organization focused on patient value.
