İş Tanımı

  • Support the preparation and analysis of consolidated financial reports, including applying consolidation logic.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of reporting packages in line with group reporting deadlines.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports in accordance with IFRS.
  • Support Budget and Forecast processes in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Prepare and maintain short-term (13-week) cash flow forecasts and support liquidity monitoring.
  • Prepare and deliver ad hoc financial analysis and management reports.
  • Contribute to KPI tracking and performance analysis across group companies.
  • Contribute to SKU-based costing and item-level gross profitability analysis in a manufacturing environment.
  • Support cost control initiatives and analyze key drivers of profitability.
  • Perform monthly OPEX and CAPEX analysis and highlight key variances.
  • Support the independent audit process, including preparation of required documents and coordination with auditors.
  • Analyze financial data through Oracle ERP and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvement, automation, and system enhancement initiatives within the finance function.
  • Provide analytical support for senior management and board-level presentations.

Aradığımız Profil

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting, controlling, FP&A, or audit.
  • Strong audit background is required (Big4 or reputable audit firm experience preferred).
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is a strong advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle (ERP/financial modules) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional, international environment.
  • Proactive, resilient, and eager to learn, with a high level of ownership and accountability.
