İş Tanımı

  • Develop and formulate broad recruitment strategies to enable the efficient, timely and cost-effective acquisition of competent employees through the use of local and overseas sources. Ensure the employment of a series of standard & innovative selection criteria & check-lists that enable the identification of the optimum resources according to tight schedules & urgent operational requirements.
  • Ensure the delivery of appropriate comprehensive training and development plans and programs, to equip individual employees with the necessary skills and competence in order to meet the professional and technical demands of the business. Initiates the Company's annual training plan detailing programmes, implementation schedules, participation, venues, delivery & costs. Follows up to determine training effectiveness & further needs.
  • Formulate broad functional guidelines and processes that will ensure the continuous development of management skills as the basis for tapping employees' potential for development conducive to enhancement of the current and future performance of the Company.
  • Review and recommend relevant changes to existing remuneration policies and procedures to maintain the Company's competitive position in the industry and to motivate and retain a competent workforce.
  • Ensure the administration of the Company's salaries and benefits and other employees' services in accordance with approved policies and practices.
  • Introduce, propagate, & implement core HR activities such as succession planning, career planning & promotion plans that ensure the optimum utilisation of the Company's human resources repertoire.
  • Plan, implement & review effective HR policies, procedures & systems that are efficient, relevant, simple & customer oriented.
  • Plan & initiate employee relations & communications programmes, sessions, meetings, and regular visitations schedules on a collective & individual basis, in HQ & sites, to promote the Company's realistic image as an effective & caring organisation.

Aradığımız Profil

  • University degree in related fields,
  • Min. 15 years' experience in Human Resources,
  • Good communication skills,
  • Advanced level in Turkish&English.
