Senior HR Manager will be responsible for:

  • Oversee the development and implementation of human resources programs and policies within the area to ensure that the organisation's current and future human resource requirements are met and that employees are recruited, managed, organised, trained, evaluated and rewarded in accordance with organisation's human resource strategy. Focus is on short- to mid-termstrategies (e.g., 1-3 years) to achieve business results, which may require substantial development of new processes, standards or operational plans;
  • Provide support to Regional HR by coordinating all HR activities of the companies and countries within the area;
  • Lead the development of progressive and proactive compensation and benefits programs in countries within the area to provide motivation, incentives, and rewards for effective performance and ensure alignment with business objectives;
  • Monitor the effectiveness of compensation programmes, including internal equity and competitive structures, recommending modifications as appropriate. Ensure appropriate financial controls are in place for incentive based compensation programmes, analyzing cost implications of current and proposed plans;
  • Research and propose new and/or enhanced benefits necessary to maintain competitiveness in the labor market or to comply with government regulations;
  • Lead the annual salary review process to ensure relevant market benchmarking and internal consistency;
  • Partner with salary data vendors to provide regional and market insight when developing and adjusting the compensation plans. Apply financial analysis models, metrics, and quantitative approaches that support data-driven decisions;
  • Develop and implement the organisation's employee relations strategy to minimize the negative impact of individual employee grievances. Ensure compliance with all applicable national/regional Labor Laws;
  • Stay current on legislative and compliance trends and changes, proactively providing advice and counsel on legislative and compliance related matters;
  • Responsible for development, execution, and management of internal communications programs that strengthen employee engagement and ensure alignment with global business goals;
  • Define Human Resources training programs within the region, and assign the authority/responsibility of Human Resources and managers within those programs;
  • Lead the implementation of the performance management system that includes performance development plans and employee development programs;
  • Review the current system and mentors the HR Manager to upgrade performance review effectiveness and benefits to all employees and managers;
  • Provide overall direction for recruiting strategy, guidelines and procedures concerning staffing best practices, systems, and methodology within the area;
  • Ensure the timely, efficient and cost effective selection of talent;
  • Lead the talent acquisition program to establish effective recruiting practices and implement a successful orientation and on boarding program;
  • Oversee the correct processing of payroll and HRIS related actions (hires, terms, increases, promotions, department transfers, leaves, etc.);
  • Develop HR financial strategy within the area by estimating and forecasting requirements in order to secure required financial resources;
  • Measure and analyse financial results in order to initiate corrective actions when required.

Aradığımız Profil

  • University Degree in business administration or human resources related area or equivalent experience
  • Min 10 years prior relevant experience
  • In-depth knowledge of local Labour Regulations
  • Broad knowledge in compensation, organisational planning, organisation development, employee relations, and employee training preferred
  • Project management and strong reporting experience is also required
  • Demonstrated experience with HR metrics and analysis
  • Excellent communication skills in English and local language
  • Experience with managing multiple vendors including actuaries, auditors, payroll companies, brokers, recruiters, relocation companies.
