SENIOR PEOPLE & CULTURE BUSINESS PARTNER / GEBZE

Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives;

Acting as the primary P&C contact for the leadership teams in Türkiye and UAE;

Driving organizational design and workforce planning initiatives in line business strategies;

Ensuring adherence to local labour laws and internal policies;

Managing complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and grievance handling;

Partnering with works councils or employee representatives where applicable;

Managing talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies;

Facilitating performance management and succession planning;

Identifying and coordinating local training and development programs;

Leading change initiatives;

Collaborating with Shared Services to deliver seamless P&C services;

Monitoring key HR metrics and ensure compliance with HR systems;

Managing C&B part including merit increase cycles, local benefits programs and etc;

Performing payroll quality checks and sign-off before processing via payroll vendor.
