Our client is a reputable multinational organization in the medical device industry.

İş Tanımı

· Build strong partnership with General Manager and the local management team;

· Act as the trusted strategic people advisor to Managers, supporting decision-making with people insights;

· Coach managers on performance, talent, engagement and employee relations;

· Support workforce planning and organizational topics within global frameworks;

· Execute HR processes (Talent acquisition, Talent Management, engagement, C&B, performance, L&D);

· Manage people operations within HR service delivery model (Ensure local labor law compliance, payroll check, contract management, knowledge base update);

· Coordinate with external vendors and advisors (payroll, legal, benefits);

· Ensure data accuracy and HR systems usage;

· Ensure alignment between global policies and local legal and cultural realities;

· Deploy engagement initiatives aligned with global priorities and support employee well-being, inclusion, and belonging initiatives;

· Support organizational changes, assess and mitigate systemic people risks;

· Support Managers and employees through change with clear communication and coaching;

· Drive and/or contribute to multiple internal Communication initiatives.

Aradığımız Profil

A successful Senior People Partner should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
  • Minimum 8-10 years HR Generalist / People Partner experience, preferably in healthcare sector;
  • Solid experience in a multinational and matrix organization;
  • Strong hands-on exposure to Türkiye labor practices and employee relations topics;
  • Strong communication skills (interpersonal, event, digital, ...)
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance multiple priorities;
  • High level of credibility, discretion, and resilience;
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into people actions;
  • Fluent in English.
