Senior Quality Control and Service Engineer (Hybrid)

*Responsible for quality control of coolers and processes during productions in Kayseri factory
*Coordination between alliances' service structure and clients in Turkey
*Responsible for the customer's shipping approval process
*Responsible for quality laboratories and product certification
*Attend and follow up customer complaints in order to meet their expectations
*Define the criteria for acceptance or rejection of the equipment
*Determine procedures and control of critical variables for the product in process and finished goods
*Take part in FMEA of design and process
*Document the evaluation of prototypes and pre-series manufacturing runs
*Implement quality control plans for new released products
*Create and implement control systems for processes and products
*Ensure that the materials of new developments comply with product specifications and certifications
*Audits at the suppliers' facilities to verify the quality assurance system
