This job is a Service Engineer role which will be situated in HQ of company located in Asia side of Istanbul. As a service engineer you are expected to be the key Point of Contact for all customer related matters as well as a critical problem solver. You will be responsible from the customers located close to Istanbul (Marmara region, Trakya region etc.) You will have a sales team to act together and after sales support personnel's to work together.

İş Tanımı

  • Overseeing and expanding service activities for the client.
  • Preparing customer sites and collaborating with colleagues to install and commission the client's products and systems.
  • Commissioning various products and services, maintaining close contact with customers.
  • Supporting marketing efforts by attending trade shows, conferences, and other events, and creating service news for mailing and social media sharing.
  • Providing technical assistance and product training both before and after sales.
  • Creating weekly and monthly schedules for service applications, ensuring swift actions with proper prioritization.
  • Conducting regular customer visits, interpreting their needs and requirements to match the client's products and services.
  • Offering remote support to customers and colleagues.
  • Handling emergency service requests promptly, even outside of working hours, while balancing customer care and the client's benefits.
  • Supporting maintenance and calibration activities for the client's products on customer sites.
  • Preparing and selling maintenance contracts and performing on-site services.
  • Generating application stories for significant service applications.
  • Producing weekly and monthly service sales forecasts and reporting to management.
  • Following up on calibration and repair processes at global centers, from export to customer delivery.
  • Ensuring timely information flow between customers and global centers.
  • Taking responsibility for the entire service activity and ensuring on-time fulfillment of service requirements.
  • Attending all product and systems-related training and meetings.
  • Delivering company presentations to customers.
  • Supporting back-office activities for the delivery process at customs for repair and calibration products.
  • Providing technical intervention at customer sites for commissioning and troubleshooting, with a commitment of 100 working days on the field.

Aradığımız Profil

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical , Electrical & Electronical or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Speaking fluency in English (B2+)
  • Valid drivers licence and willingess to drive frequently.
  • Basic level of understanding about automation systems, electronics, measurement equipments and sensors.
  • Have at most 5 years of experience as this role will be focusing to develop the individual. Already 5+ years experienced professionals are discouraged to apply.
