Job Description

  • Manage service projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes and objectives.
  • Provide technical support and solutions to clients throughout project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies when required.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies during project implementation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project goals.
  • Support the continuous improvement of service project workflows and methodologies.Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Take the leadership on service projects in Turkiye & Azerbaijan and in the region with technically understanding scope of project, clarifying details with technical experts and customers and execute the project including planning on-site delegations for installation and commissioning tasks.
  • Hand the project over to the customer service team as snag-list free with working on installation complaints and providing solutions in a timely manner.
  • Act as a strong interface between customer and internal functions to seamlessly maintain clear and consistent communication with team members, stakeholders, and clients throughout the project life cycle.
  • Assist in developing project plans, defining project scope, goals, and deliverable.
  • Create and manage project schedules, time lines, and milestones.
  • Coordinate resources, assign tasks, and ensure team members have the necessary tools and information.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and project summaries.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
  • Monitor project expenses and track budget adherence.
  • Ensure project deliverable meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
  • Address project-related issues and conflicts, facilitating resolutions to maintain project momentum.
  • Generate regular project status reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
  • Participate in post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and implement improvements for future projects.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar field as a project engineer and/or in maintenance management of industrial plants.
  • Fluent communication in English.
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to flexible working hours.
  • Residency in Izmir or Manisa.
  • Strong teamwork skills, and ability to work in a matrix organization and with international teams. (The position holder will report to Head of Service Projects in India and Service Operations Manager in Turkiye)
  • Process excellence with a solution-oriented mindset together with customer centricity.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ready to use B2B machine/equipment project tools.
  • Knowledge of working on 2D/3D applications and SAP/ERP would be an added advantage.
