About Our Client

Our client is an American multinational multi-level marketing corporation that develops and sells dietary supplements.

As a Senior Specialist in EMEA Regulatory Affairs and Product Compliance, you'll collaborate with company's domestic and international teams, local regulatory authorities, attorneys, and consultants. Your role involves securing and maintaining product approvals, registrations, certifications, and ensuring compliance for all products and marketing materials across EMEA markets.

Job Description

  • Apply expertise in national product compliance regulations, including health claims, labeling, and product registration for assigned countries
  • Review new formulas for ingredient acceptability, classification, and sales restrictions
  • Collaborate with Regulatory Support Administrators to ensure compliance of printed materials through defined workflows
  • Obtain and renew product registrations, certifications, and notifications, and lead the team in these processes
  • Address government inquiries by preparing and submitting required data from manufacturers and company sources
  • Maintain and update compliance records and review marketing materials for regulatory adherence
  • Manage updates to raw materials, formulas, and product data in the company database
  • Stay informed about regulatory developments and communicate relevant updates to your supervisor and teams
  • Identify and suggest improvements for specialists and project coordinators, and sign off on labels as needed
  • Propose efficiency enhancements and provide data management training to the EMEA GRA team.



The Successful Applicant

  • 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Biology, Chemistry, Food Science, Pharmacy, or Legal fields
  • Knowledge of Turkish food and cosmetic regulations, EU experience and knowledge is a big plus
  • Very good command of English, min.B2/C1 level
  • Fluent in Turkish
  • Additional European language is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills
  • Proficient in PC applications (email, word processing, spreadsheets)
  • Knowledge of Agile systems is a plus
  • Enthusiastic team player with a strategic mindset
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
  • Effective communicator with experience in mentoring and working with diverse teams
  • Proven ability to obtain product approvals and interact with industry and government contacts.
