About Our Client
Our client is one of the most reputable brands of luxury retail sector. For its further development plans in Turkey, we are looking for a STOCK SUPERVISOR.
Job Description
1- Internal Coordination
- Contribute actively to team meetings organized by Store Manager and during morning briefing
- Liaise with Store Manager (ex : stock take organization), Admin (ex: rotas), Floor Managers (ex: transfers)
- Liaise with corporate : be the entry point at store level for all questions and issues related to the stock (Customer Service, Logistics at central level, IC, Product Offer and Warehouse at local level)
2- Stock management
- Supervise and support the team for the main stock processes (receiving&processing all incoming products, ticketing,sorting items per category, managing local&international transfers, etc.) - in case of any team available, or him/herself is responsible
- Follow-up and analyze stock level per department and compare to sales and RAL
- Follow-up negative stocks, defective / shop soiled products with the stock team- in case of any team available, or him/herself is responsible
- Help store management to monitor overall stock and prepare purchase
- Raise alerts if needed and propose action plan / corrective actions (ex: transfers, VM / window…)
- Support Floor Managers for PSI / LMH / LTH / CNP orders
3- Inventory controls
- Supervise and support the work of stock team to be the most effective- in case of any team available, or him/herself is responsible to do works
- Plan and ensure an appropriate preparation of stock takes and cycle counts
- Contribute to scanning and investigations
- Produce the final report for Finance department (to be validated by Store Manager)
- Propose action plans to improve future stock takes results (methods, tool, training…) and to reduce shrinkage
- Inform staff on inventory controls objectives and methods
4- Procedures & continuous improvement
- Ensure procedures are implemented following the Store Notebook, train new comers to procedures and share evolutions with the teams
- Be the Cegid point person in the store : train new comers to the tool, communicate new features and/or procedures, support the team in any issue (can also be done by Admin Assistant depending on Cegid expertise)
- Identify improvement levers on stock-related processes to optimize flows, simplify day-to-day operations and facilitate the work of store teams, propose and implement action plans / projects (ex: creation of a deported stock, review of delivery frequency…)
- Identify and share best-practices (ex : implementation of a stockroom mapping)
- Organizing all stock spaces, ensuring tidiness and efficiency, in order to optimize flows and facilitate the Sales Team;
- Effecting replenishment of products in every area, maintaining an organized environment;
- Packaging and preparing product deliveries for all Métiers;
- Scheduling price update, editing new labels from the dedicated software and supporting sales team in relabeling all departments in a short delay.
PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- Shrinkage rate
- # of stock takes and cycle counts performed and results
- Level of stock (MoS)
- Individual and team contribution to the efficiency and quality of store operations: number of errors, quality of stockroom organization, level of negative stocks…
The Successful Applicant
Candidates should have a BA degree in relevant field
Should have solid luxury experience
Should have excellent command of English
