Strategic Planning Manager(Retail)

· Lead the company's strategic planning initiatives to ensure the effective execution of growth, profitability, and operational efficiency objectives.

· Provide decision support to senior management by developing financial, commercial, and operational analyses, and contribute to the definition of strategic priorities.

· Oversee budget planning, actual performance tracking, and target comparisons; identify performance gaps and define corrective actions through variance analysis.

· Monitor key financial metrics, particularly P&L and OPEX, and develop actionable recommendations to enhance overall profitability and financial performance.

· Analyze sales performance, store productivity, cost structures, and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities and support business performance optimization.

· Initiate and lead projects focused on process improvement, efficiency enhancement, and resource optimization, while ensuring strong cross-functional collaboration.

· Assess market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to deliver strategic insights and recommendations that strengthen the company's market position.

· Prepare executive-level presentations, performance reports, and strategic evaluation materials for senior leadership.

· Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that strategic decisions are effectively translated into operational execution.
