Job Description
- Point of contact for Supply Chain employees;
- Leading new projects with the business managers and giving close consultancy;
- Operating all HR processes such as recruitment, performance and talent management;
- Focusing on employee engagement and creating engagement projects;
- Tracking legal processes.
The Successful Applicant
University degree from a reputable university preferably in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology, etc; Minimum 5 years of experience in HR processes (recruitment, performance evaluation, talent management) in manufacturing environment; Fluency in English; Excellent command of MS Office applications, presentation and reporting skills; Quality and detail oriented, strong analytical thinking, customer focus, communication and planning skill; Strong business follow-up and control skills; Strong collaboration and leadership skills; Open to change and development; Residency in Izmir.
