Job Description

  • Leading the talent acquisition process
  • Working closely with the function leads and hiring leads to identify current and future needs
  • Coming up with role profiles: responsibilities, requirements, experience and skills
  • Leading and coordinating job posting on our website, relevant platforms and social media
  • Reviewing candidate applications, CVs and portfolios
  • Coming up with candidates and generate longlists for open positions
  • Holding initial interviews with candidates and present a shortlist to hiring leads
  • Contacting candidate references
  • Preparing offers
  • Generating talents for future needs
  • Coordinating talent acquisition processes with external agencies
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding journeys of new team members
  • Being an ambassador and represent effectively in the market and relevant platforms
  • Leading the communication flow & employer branding activities
  • Systemize and manage the hiring pipeline and coordinate relevant hiring managers in the processes
  • To analyze the Talent Acquisition process and prepare key reports

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment function of an organization or a consultancy firm specialized in Recruitment
  • Experience working in a technology startup/scale up environment
  • Experience in remote and global recruitment
  • Min. Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of generating talents, mapping and search & selection processes
  • Interview experience
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency in English, as this role will require recruiting global talent
