In Istanbul, our Shared Services Centre regroups positions to support our operations in Europe and globally.İş Tanımı* You are responsible for the entire recruiting process, from identifying and approaching suitable candidates, through presenting them to the project manager / customer, right through to successful hiring* You will cover a wide range of positions, the focus of which is purely project or customer-based* You use our internal database to successfully fill the positions, place advertisements on online platforms and address them directly on the common social media platforms* You follow our multi-stage quality assurance process and select the right candidates for the customer* You control the recruiting process to ensure that the hiring is successfulAradığımız Profil You are fluent in German and English.
