Job Description
* Effectively manage and help set-up the recruiting team (10-12), encouraging focus on delivery and results via
individual staff development, including cross skill training
* Ensuring 100% data integrity by the team
* Ensure meaningful MI and reporting is produced that measures and reflects the value that the RPO adds to the client
* Identify and follow up opportunities to upsell and cross-sell value add services
* Advising on recruitment strategy and sourcing techniques for all roles
* Advising on market trends and skills
* Creating, reviewing and updating recruitment processes to ensure best practice, internal policy compliance and
external legislative compliance
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a proven recruiting team leader who have demonstrated ability to build or lead existing teams with success, as well as willingness to embrace a strong multicultural environment which is embedded in our Page culture and identity.* You have excellent English skills. (Any other European language is desirable i.e. German).
* Ideally you have proven experience in European markets.
* You have strong client service mindset and thrive in a high growth environment with new challenges to tackle.
* You can interact with all types of profiles, from an experienced candidate to a freshly graduated and to be able to
appear convincing.
* You are a challenger and like to surpass yourself daily and capability to lead a team to grow and to achieve results.
* You are curious, rigorous and autonomous. Your adaptability, your re activity, your dynamism and your sense of
responsibility will be undeniable assets for this position.
