It operates in electric vehicle production, software development, connected car technologies, and energy ecosystems.İş TanımıSupport the accounting & finance department in tax-related strategic decision-making;Execution of tax transactions within the scope of tax strategies of the company in accordance with statutory and international legislation;Company tax planning, preparation and reporting of projections;Following all correspondence and tax cases related to tax offices and official institutions, preparing responses to information requests from tax inspections and revenue administrations;Following and reporting of the changes in tax laws and regulations;Preparation of monthly (VAT, withholding, stamp duty, SCT, BA / BS) and periodic (temporary and corporate tax, GEKAP)declarations in coordination with tax consultants, making notifications on time and managing the tax certification process;Examining statutory and international tax legislation and related publications and creating circulars;Preparing VAT returns in specified periods and sending them to the tax office and following up the collections;Reviewing the stamp tax and incentive issues by checking the contract;Checking of KEP messages and preparing KEP messages for return invoices;Answering questions from other workstreams about the company's tax management and guiding them in line with company tax planning;Guidance of other workstreams in line with the company's tax planning;Creating purchase requests for services and/or goods belonging to the accounting function;Following tax document management and managing the tax archive process;Coordinating the tax incentive process;Preparation and updating of tax management procedures and instructions;Establishing and reporting of periodical controls within the framework of risk management procedures on related subjects.Aradığımız ProfilExperience of managing relationships with tax authorities and tax advisors;Proficient in general accounting and international tax issues;Experience in corporate income tax declarations, government incentives, R&D and fixed assets;Experience in tax processes in vehicle sales, after sales, service organizations, and SCT processes;Strong knowledge of transfer pricing and in-group invoicing processes;Experienced in using SAP;CPA certification is a required;12-15+ years of experience in the tax departments of companies, including minimum 4 years in the Big 4;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;Strong self-motivation, ability to promote new ideas, share them with the team and develop them further together;Ability to understand and improve cross-departmental processes in interdisciplinary teams;Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;Ability to work abroad and with global teams.Teklif EdilenlerOpportunity to work in a thriving industrial/manufacturing environmentIf you are ready to advance your career as a Tax Manager, apply now to join a forward-thinking organization in Istanbul.
