We are looking for a Technical Operations Manager for a leading IT company, specializing in Software Product Cycle Management and Security Software Product Cycle. The company manages the marketing, sales channel development, corporate client business development, pre-sales and post-sales technical support, training, and certification processes for many global brands.

İş Tanımı

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the technical team, ensuring project deadlines are met and process improvements are identified.
  • Optimize pre-sales and post-sales processes, providing technical support and delivering quick solutions to customer requests.
  • Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction, regularly conducting performance evaluations.
  • Organize training and development programs for the technical team, including internal and external training sessions.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely project completion within budget.
  • Identify new methods to improve the efficiency of operational processes and implement actionable solutions.
  • Gather, analyze, and develop improvement suggestions based on feedback related to product and service quality.
  • Define necessary tools and processes to ensure successful project management, and restructure processes when needed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve post-sales support processes.



Aradığımız Profil

  • At least 15 years of experience in IT Management Systems.
  • At least 10 years of experience in managing technical teams.
  • At least upper-intermediate level of English proficiency.
  • Holds a customer portfolio in the IT sector.
  • Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
  • Target-driven and results-oriented.
  • Team player with a willingness to learn.
  • Proficient in using MS Office programs effectively.
  • Able to adapt to flexible working hours and willing to travel.
