Our client is a leading agency and distribution house specializing in the sales, marketing, and safe & efficient handling of a wide range of speciality chemicals for the Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics, Feed and Food Additives, Industrial, and Process Industries.

İş Tanımı

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base within the industrial and manufacturing sector.
  • Provide technical expertise and advice to clients regarding product offerings, specifically in food additives.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain product quality.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Generate detailed sales reports and provide insights for strategic planning.
  • Being responsible for the sales of food ingredients to the Turkish Food Industry
  • Provide technical support to the customers

Aradığımız Profil

  • A strong background in the industrial and manufacturing industry, particularly in the sales of chemical raw materials and excipients for food additives;
  • Graduate degree in Food Engineering preferable;
  • Experienced in the sales of food & beverage ingredients to domestic food industry; meat, dairy, bakery, confectionary, beverage etc;
  • Minimum 3-8 years of experience in sales;
  • Proven skills in sales and account management;
  • Technical knowledge relevant to the company's products and services;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities;
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach;
  • The capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team;
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in the local language;
  • Residency in Istanbul.
