TECHNICAL SALES MANAGER-CONSTRUCTION CHEMICALS
About Our Client
Our client is one of the corporate companies in Construction Chemicals industry. For their future development we are looking for a TECHNICAL SALES MANAGER.
Conducting all sales activities in Turkey.
Managing relations with existing customers, developing customer portfolio and developing new businesses.
Developing strategies and suggesting changes which will help bring about more profit and improved sales,
Prepare quotation for the target markets,
Planning promotional activities, participating in global / regional fairs and managing product promotions in showrooms.
Prepare monthly/quarterly/annually sales reports.
Developing a complete understanding of key account needs.
Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a time line of performance.
Growing relationships and bringing in new clients.
The Successful Applicant
At least ten years experience in a comparable position from the construction chemicals industry.
Bachelors degree in Engineering.
Deep knowledge of the Turkey region.
Business fluent English (oral & written).
At least three years of experience in team management.
