Job Description
- You are responsible for the entire recruiting process, from identifying and approaching suitable candidates, through presenting them to the project manager / customer, right through to successful hiring
- You will cover a wide range of positions, the focus of which is purely project or customer-based
- You use our internal database to successfully fill the positions, place advertisements on online platforms and address them directly on the common social media platforms
- You follow our multi-stage quality assurance process and select the right candidates for the customer
- You control the recruiting process to ensure that the hiring is successful
The Successful Applicant
- Successfully completed studies and / or successfully completed training with initial work experience
- First professional experience as Recruiter/Researcher in the personnel service industry or on the customer side is an advantage
- Organized and structured way of working as well as a quick grasp
- Enjoy teamwork and a strong sense of responsibility when working with candidates
- Communication skills and sales genes
- Native in English
