Job Description

  • Assists the CEO in the daily operation which includes: prioritizing projects, managing calendar, arranging travels, conducting follow-ups on necessary issues and items, and/or performing other related activities.
  • Compiles, composes, and edits detailed memos, e-mails, correspondence, reports, speeches, and/or presentations.
  • Performs general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records, managing database systems operations, answering phone calls, and taking messages.
  • Responsible for communication tasks within the area of responsibility, ensuring knowledge and information is shared and keeping others up to date.
  • Collaborates with other team members as needed.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 8 years of executive assistant job experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both Turkish and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent coordination, communication and presentation skills
  • Should be eager to learn, flexible and team-work oriented
  • Excellent communication, project management and organization skills
  • Strong sense of urgency and efficiency in completing tasks
