Job Description

  • Taking ownership of the virtual betting product lifecycle, managing the journey from concept to launch and beyond;
  • Translating the strategic roadmap provided by the Head of Marketing, Virtual Betting, into actionable product initiatives;
  • Building and implementing the pricing, payout, and distribution models for virtual products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and optimal product accessibility across all channels;
  • Developing distribution strategies that optimize physical and digital product availability to reach and engage players wherever they are;
  • Diving deep into player insights, analysing behaviour, preferences, and feedback to refine product offerings;
  • Tracking and reporting on product performance using analytics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and recommending actionable solutions;
  • Working closely with sales and operations teams to ensure product availability and visibility across retail and online channels;
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on product timelines, features, and goals;
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor products to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation.

The Successful Applicant

Having a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university; a Master's degree is a plus; Having at least 7 years of experience in product / brand management or a similar role; Demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, including concept development, market launches, and post-launch optimization; Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and a proven ability to turn data into actionable insights; Excellent project management skills; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Familiarity with digital platforms and online gaming is an advantage; Fluent in English.
