Directly reporting to the Logistic Manager, your role encompasses to management of the warehouse operations and internal logistic activities and teams. To oversee daily warehouse operations, lead blu.-collar teams, and actively contribute to strategic projects such as new warehouse setups and process optimization.

About Our Client

Our client is a leading international supplier for the aviation sector, known for high-quality production and operations across Europe and Turkey.

Job Description

*Lead and manage inbound and outbound logistics operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all processes.

*Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, including goods in/out, cycle counts, and annual inventory counts.

*Coordivate and optimize internal material handling, and production feeding processes.

*Oversee and improve the Kanban system within production, including planning new Kanban initiatives and optimizing material flow.

*Take an active role in digitization and automation projects, developing and implementing solutions to enhance existing processes.

*Lead blu.-collar teams, ensuring effective employee management, performance tracking, and KPI alignment.

*Participate in new warehouse setup projects, including layout planning, material flow optimization, and storage solutions.

*Implement Lean principles such as 5S, Visual Factory Management, and continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives.

*Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards, attending monthly OHS meetings, and maintaining a safe working environment.

*Manage SAP MM/WM modules, WMS, and KARDEX systems to ensure accurate inventory and material tracking.

*Support month-end closing processes and contribute to the development of supply chain and logistics strategies.

*Collaborate with management to set and monitor KPIs for warehouse and logistics teams.

The Successful Applicant

  • BS, Engineering degree or equivalent education
  • Minimum 5 Year Experience in a similar position
  • Complex and analytical thinking regarding business processes and their interactions
  • Team, and target and solution-oriented way of working
  • Advanced Level English ((to contact with our partners internationally),
  • MS Office & & SAP knowledge,
  • Proven experience in warehouse management and internal logistics operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies, 5S, and Kanban systems.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP MM/WM modules, WMS, and KARDEX.
  • Ability to lead and motivate blu.-collar teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in new warehouse setup projects and process optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work on-site and actively engage in field operations.
