This role is responsible for delivering hands-on machine demonstrations, technical training, and pre- and after-sales support for construction machinery across Turkey. The position works closely with customers, dealers, and regional teams to ensure optimal machine performance, customer satisfaction, and product feedback.
We are looking for a "Key Account Manager" who has B2B sales and client management experience in construction equipment sector.
The Sales Director is fully responsible for end‑to‑end processes related to acquiring new customers and expanding the existing customer portfolio in line with the company's growth strategy. The role covers the achievement of sales targets, the management of a high‑performing sales team, and the implementation of the country‑level sales strategy.
The person will be reporting to the Sales Manager and identifying, approaching, and acquiring new customers to achieve the sales targets.
The Key Account Manager will focus on developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients to drive business growth. This role requires expertise in the transport & distribution industry and a strategic approach to sales management.
