As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the assigned marketing plan for Turkey in line with company strategy to deliver the objectives.
The person is responsible for driving the strategic growth, marketing performance, and business success of company's medical product portfolios. This role leads business planning, market development, portfolio management, pricing strategies, and commercial execution to ensure sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion.
This role is responsible for leading daily production line operations, ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and cost targets are achieved while driving continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence practices. The ideal candidate combines strong technical manufacturing expertise with leadership potential, actively supports shop-floor teams, and contributes to the sustainable improvement of production performance.
As a Supplier Quality Inspector, you will represent the company at supplier locations across Turkiye, ensuring products meet company's quality standards and specifications before shipment. You will play a key role in safeguarding product quality, supporting supplier development, and driving continuous improvement throughout the supply chain.
