Job Description

* Play an active role within CFO Advisory engagements, delivering on high-impact projects including IFRS and US GAAP conversions, financial closing processes, finance function transformation, budgeting and forecasting, management reporting design, ERP implementation advisory, and accounting support initiatives,

* Contribute to business development efforts by supporting the origination and delivery of advisory engagements in a dynamic and fast-evolving environment,

* Deliver insightful, value-driven recommendations to clients, supporting them in enhancing operational efficiency and achieving sustainable outcomes,

* Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout engagements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful CFO Advisory Manager should have:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field from a reputable university,

* Minimum 5 years of experience in audit and/or financial advisory,

* Proven experience across a range of non-financial services industries such as manufacturing, automotive, retail, telecommunications, technology, and holding structures,

* Prior exposure to financial controlling and reporting within the non-financial sector is preferred,

* Strong knowledge of IFRS is required; familiarity with US GAAP is considered an asset,

* Professional certifications such as SMMM, CMA or ACCA are advantageous,

* Experience in developing business strategies and delivering solutions that support growth objectives,

* Exposure to ERP transformation projects is considered an asset,

* Experience in consolidation and group reporting processes is a plus,

* Strong analytical thinking and process improvement capabilities,

* Proficiency in MS Office applications,

* Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills,

* Solid project management capabilities with experience in guiding and supervising team members,

* Strong commercial awareness and the ability to adapt to new and evolving business environments,

* Well-developed interpersonal and report writing skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders,

* Ability to take ownership, manage multiple priorities, and effectively delegate tasks where required.
