The organization focuses on rare diseases and highly specialised therapeutic areas, offering an entrepreneurial environment where medical teams play a strategic role across product launches, market access, and life cycle management.Job DescriptionMaintain up-to-date and in-depth scientific knowledge of assigned products, therapeutic areas, andcompetitor products.Monitor, evaluate, and communicate scientific information accurately and in a timely manner to internal and external stakeholders.Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access, and other cross-functional teams.Provide scientific input into product medical strategies and marketing initiatives.Develop, implement, and monitor annual medical plans.Build and maintain strong, sustainable professional relationships with Healthcare Professionals(HCPs) and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).Support the planning and execution of scientific meetings, congresses, advisory boards, and other medical activities.Ensure promotional materials, training content, and scientific documents comply with local regulations and company policies, and manage the approval process.Plan and deliver medical training programs for internal and external stakeholders.Support clinical research, literature reviews, and scientific projects, and share relevant scientific updates across the organization.Respond to medical information requests in accordance with applicable regulations and company procedures.Manage pharmacovigilance activities, Ministry of Health communications, and medical compliance processes in accordance with applicable procedures.Provide medical support throughout product launch and lifecycle management activities.Ensure assigned processes comply with the Quality Management System and provide regular reporting.Represent the company at national and international congresses, training programs, and scientific meetings as required.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in MedicineMinimum of 6 years of experience in Life Sciences within the pharmaceutical industry; rare disease experience is a must.Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Valid driver's license and active driving experience.No restrictions on domestic and international travel.Advanced knowledge of Medical Affairs, including clinical protocol development, clinical project management, scientific publications, reimbursement value dossier preparation, medical statistics, scientific data interpretation, and the assigned therapeutic areas.Good knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations, applicable legislation, ethical standards, and compliance requirements.Knowledge of clinical trial management and investigator-initiated study processes.Military service completed (for male candidates).What's on OfferOpportunity to join a growing speciality pharmaceutical company focused on rare diseases and orphan drugs, working with innovative therapies that address significant unmet medical needs.ConsultantCan OnerQuote job refJN-112025-6880401Job summarySectorHealthcare & Life SciencesSub SectorMedical Manager/DoctorIndustryHealthcare / PharmaceuticalLocationIstanbul (Europe)Contract TypePermanentConsultant nameCan OnerJob ReferenceJN-112025-6880401Job NatureWork from home
