Job Description

  • Lead and manage direct raw material procurement activities.
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives.
  • Identify, assess, and onboard alternative local and international suppliers.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and improve supplier performance.
  • Drive cost optimization and supplier development projects.
  • Establish procurement policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Build KPI-driven reporting and performance management processes.
  • Collaborate closely with Production, Planning, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Support procurement digitalization initiatives and contribute to ERP implementation and development projects.
  • Analyze spend data and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
  • Play a key role in shaping the future procurement organization of the company.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Proven procurement experience within manufacturing, chemical, petrochemical, or related industries.
  • Strong background in direct raw material sourcing and supplier management.
  • Experience in strategic sourcing and procurement process improvement.
  • Knowledge of international procurement and import processes.
  • Track record of developing alternative supplier networks and delivering cost-saving initiatives.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement digitalization projects.
  • Strong analytical, commercial, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
