About Our Client

Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end production and material planning processes,
  • Develop and monitor production plans in line with customer orders, production capacity, inventory levels and material availability,
  • Manage material requirements planning to ensure timely availability of materials and continuity of production,
  • Proactively identify and manage potential material shortages and planning-related risks,
  • Work closely with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics and other relevant functions,
  • Effectively utilize SAP in production and material planning processes,
  • Lead, develop and coordinate the planning team,
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency, inventory optimization and on-time delivery performance.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Production & Material Planning Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field,
  • Strong experience in production and/or material planning within a manufacturing environment,
  • Hands-on SAP experience is required,
  • Previous experience in managing planning teams,
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and cross-functional coordination skills,
  • Ability to contribute effectively in a changing and developing organizational environment,
  • Good command of English to communicate effectively in a professional environment.
