Accounting Manager

1. Management of Accounting

• Ensure accurate, compliant and timely booking of all entries in the general ledger, using SAP and the company's ERP system.
• Manage bookkeeping in statutory and IFRS ledgers, manage timely invoicing and booking recharges.
• Review general ledger transactions, oversee account reconciliations, and improve processes where needed.
• Supervises the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Accounting functions.
• Manage fixed asset records, depreciation schedules, and related asset processes.
• Plan and execute month-end closing process, in strict adherence to reporting deadlines set by the Group.
• Safeguard the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of accounting records to minimize financial risk.
• RPA and other digital tools implementation to optimize accounting processes.

2. Production of the company's financial reports and annual financial statements

• Production of the financial reporting (monthly P&L, balance sheet and quarterly consolidation package), in compliance with IFRS and with Financial Reporting Manual of the Group.
• Prepare statutory financial statements in compliance with applicable reporting requirements and manage the bridge between statutory and IFRS ledgers.
• Monthly calculation of current income tax debt and of deferred tax assets and liabilities and the corresponding accounting entries.
• Partners with external auditors and supports on details of accounting entries in both statutory and group ledgers, with an aim to audit report.

3. Taxes

• Monitor monthly VAT booking and submission of the VAT declarations.
• Monitor monthly export-related VAT and manage VAT refund process.
• Preparing Corporate Income Tax declaration, in coordination with tax advisors.
• Monitor timely and accurate declaration of monthly withholding tax, special consumption tax and other taxes.
• Monitor Tax Procedure Law, VAT regulations, and other legislative changes, and implement required updates. Ensure accurate and timely execution of e-invoice, e-archive, and e-ledger processes.
