İş Tanımı

  • The main aim of the role is to follow the process of the department's projects with related teams and 3Rd party providers
  • Develop and execute the product and platform enhancement programs, and follow up on the road map
  • Actively contribute to UI/UX design processes in cross-functional projects, ensuring user-centred design principles are applied, and collaborating closely with design teams
  • Follow up KPIs regarding the products and align with the budget
  • Participate as a product referent at the working tables of cross-functional projects (e.g., new fully responsive websites, App development, new promo & loyalty), indicating needs and related requirements
  • Monitor results, competition, and market share, and implement any corrective actions
  • Coordinate the new Marketing tools to the gaming platform (mobile & web push, SMS, Optimise, etc.)
  • Develop innovative methods and business models to maintain a sustainable growth plan
  • Stay updated regarding the digital world across multiple markets and share knowledge with the team
  • Develop and implement strategies for managing relationships with payment service providers, ensuring alignment with business needs
  • Work closely with the finance and accounting teams to reconcile payments and resolve payment-related inquiries
  • Prepare (if needed) or review the monthly Responsible Gaming deposit limit report, the monthly Anti-Money Laundering report, and the weekly fraud and suspicious transactions report
  • Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards related to fraud and risk management

Aradığımız Profil

  • University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Economics
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the gaming sector or in a multinational environment
  • Strong strategic thinking and product management capabilities
  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects and stakeholders
  • Proven experience in managing budgets and performance (KPIs)
  • Knowledge of payment systems, reconciliation processes, and financial flows
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of design principles and user journey optimisation
  • Proven experience in actively participating in project-based UI/UX or digital product development processes
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to extract insights from data and translate them into clear reports and presentations
  • Knowledge of regulatory and fraud monitoring processes (preferred)
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Available to travel abroad
