Product, Materials & Customer ApplicationsReview customer applications and recommend appropriate sealing solutions.Define material selection (including material surface coating) and support compound development.Lead technical discussions with customers on new applications.Support RFQs by validating technical feasibility and manufacturing approach.Manufacturing Technology & Industrialization Define the optimal manufacturing process (compression, transfer, injection molding, etc.) for new products.Lead the introduction of new production technologies, equipment and manufacturing methods (recommend best technology, support in machine installation and setup).Develop process standards and ensure successful industrialization of new products.Ensure effective technology transfer from equipment suppliers and Group experts to the local organization.To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
