İş Tanımı

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure maximum equipment uptime
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults on site
  • Execute troubleshooting activities on installed machinery and production lines
  • Support installation, commissioning, and start-up activities when required
  • Maintain close communication with customers and ensure high service quality
  • Provide basic operator training and technical guidance when necessary
  • Prepare service reports and ensure accurate documentation
  • Monitor and contribute to KPIs such as technical efficiency, OTIF performance, and financial targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts, planning, and technical support

Aradığımız Profil

A successful Field Services Engineer should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (mandatory)
  • 2-7 years of field service or maintenance experience
  • Prior experience in food & beverage and/or packaging industries is strongly preferred
  • Strong hands-on skills in both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
  • Basic knowledge of automation systems is a plus
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a field-based role
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing service conditions
  • Willingness to travel (approximately 20% domestic & international)
  • Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
  • Proficiency in basic computer tools (ICDL level)
  • Valid driver's license
