Financial Reporting & Group AlignmentLead monthly group reporting processes in full compliance with IFRS and Group standards.Ensure accurate and timely reporting through consolidation systems.Deliver high-quality financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), including clear variance and performance analysis.Lead and coordinate IAS 29 (hyperinflation accounting) reporting.2. Statutory, Tax & Compliance OversightEnsure full compliance with Turkish statutory regulations (TTK).Oversee statutory financial statements and closing processes.Collaborate closely with Accounting and Tax teams to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting.Ensure adherence to all applicable legal, regulatory, and Group requirements.3. Audit, Internal Control & Risk ManagementLead external audit processes,Act as the primary point of contact for auditors and manage audit deliverables.Collaborate with internal audit functions and proactively drive remediation actions.Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.4. Budgeting, Forecasting & Performance ManagementLead annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.Deliver high-quality financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to support decision-making.Monitor KPIs, forecast accuracy, and financial performance against targets.Drive cost optimisation, profitability improvement, and cash flow management.5. Strategic Business PartneringAct as a key advisor to leadership, translating financial data into actionable insights.Support strategic initiatives, investments, and CAPEX decisions.Provide forward-looking analysis to support growth and operational excellence.6. Leadership & TransformationLead, mentor, and develop the Financial Controlling organisation.Foster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative environment.Drive continuous improvement across processes, systems, and reporting.Ensure effective use of ERP and financial systems across the organisation.The Successful ApplicantExperience Minimum 10-15 years of progressive experience in financial controlling, reporting, or audit within multinational environments.Strong background in IFRS reporting, statutory reporting, and audit coordination.Proven experience in leading group reporting and FP&A processes.Prior exposure to audit firms and manufacturing environments is highly valued.Demonstrated experience in IAS 29 reporting is a strong advantage.Education & CertificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.Professional qualifications such as CPA / SMMM / ACCA are preferred.Key CompetenciesStrong technical finance expertise combined with a strategic and commercial mindset.Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.Ability to operate in complex, matrix, and international environments.Strong analytical skills and a high level of detail orientation.Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and reporting tools.Excellent communication skills in English.What's on OfferThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced financial professional to make a significant impact in the industrial and manufacturing sector.
