We are looking for an experienced After Sales Director to lead and develop all aftersales activities across a growing construction equipment organization. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role will be responsible for driving service performance, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and profitability across service, spare parts, warranty, and technical support functions.

İş Tanımı

  • Develop and implement the company's aftersales strategy in line with business objectives.
  • Lead nationwide service, spare parts, warranty, and technical support operations.
  • Manage the performance of multiple service locations and ensure consistency in service delivery standards.
  • Drive customer satisfaction, customer retention, and service profitability.
  • Establish, monitor, and improve operational KPIs across all aftersales functions.
  • Manage departmental budgets, forecasting activities, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Ensure the availability and efficient management of spare parts inventory.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and service quality.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to support overall business growth.
  • Recruit, develop, coach, and lead high-performing teams across different locations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
  • Provide regular performance analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Aradığımız Profil

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience within aftersales, service operations, technical services, or customer support functions.
  • Proven experience within the construction equipment, heavy equipment, industrial machinery, commercial vehicles, agricultural machinery, or related sectors.
  • Strong leadership experience managing multi-site service operations and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Solid understanding of service, spare parts, warranty, and technical support processes.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive both customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Experience managing budgets, performance metrics, and operational improvement projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Fluent English.
