About Our Client

A company specializing in portfolio management.

Job Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to M&A and corporate transactions,
  • Prepare and manage SHA & SPA and other investment-related agreements,
  • Coordinate and oversee all agreement processes across company departments, ensuring legal compliance and consistency,
  • Provide legal support for investment activities and fund structures,
  • Advise on CMB regulations and other corporate legal matters,
  • Prepare and follow up on general assembly documentation and procedures,



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Law,
  • 2-3 years of experience in M&A and corporate law, preferably in a reputable law firm or financial institution,
  • Knowledge of funds, CMB regulations, and transaction documentation,
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills in English and Turkish,
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
