Job Description

  • Design and deliver learning and development programs aligned with business strategy
  • Partner with business units to identify skill development needs
  • Build and execute learning agendas for corporate functions
  • Manage internal and external trainers and training vendors
  • Oversee end-to-end training programs including planning and delivery
  • Manage budget planning and tracking for responsible areas
  • Administer learning systems and reporting processes
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and business impact
  • Support stakeholder engagement across learning initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-12 years of experience in learning & development or talent development roles
  • Strong knowledge of training design and delivery processes
  • Proven project management skills
  • Experience in vendor and stakeholder management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset
