Job Description

  • Drive production line performance to achieve established safety, quality, output, cost, and efficiency objectives.
  • Oversee day-to-day manufacturing activities, ensuring adherence to operational standards, internal procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Review operational metrics on a regular basis, identify performance gaps, and facilitate actions to improve results.
  • Coordinate shop-floor execution and support frontline teams in delivering daily operational goals.
  • Build strong partnerships with relevant stakeholders across Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, and Supply Chain functions.
  • Drive the implementation and ongoing improvement of IWS, Open+, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, and Kaizen
  • Evaluate process losses and operational constraints, developing initiatives that improve overall manufacturing effectiveness.
  • Mentor and develop team members through practical coaching, knowledge sharing, and performance support.
  • Encourage a proactive safety mindset and reinforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Maintain high levels of process discipline by ensuring consistent execution of quality and operating procedures.
  • Ensure accurate recording, tracking, and reporting of operational data through relevant business systems.
  • Contribute to technology-driven improvements, including automation, digital tools, and process optimization initiatives.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing, production, maintenance, operations, or a comparable industrial environment.
  • Experience in FMCG or other high-volume manufacturing environments is considered an advantage.
  • Familiarity with operational excellence and continuous improvement frameworks such as IWS, Open+, or similar systems.
  • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP applications is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of production processes, equipment, quality standards, and occupational health & safety practices.
  • Hands-on experience with continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and 5 Why.
  • Strong ability to monitor production KPIs, analyze performance trends, and drive corrective actions.
  • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential with the ability to influence, coach, and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Comfortable working closely with shop-floor operations and taking an active role in daily production activities.
  • Growth-oriented, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning and self-development.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Good command of English is preferred.
  • Valid driving license.
