It is known for its engineering expertise and commitment to delivering high-quality results in its field.İş TanımıImplement and manage the Pipe Tracking System Software (PTS) in line with Project and Corporate requirements.Ensure accurate issuance and maintenance of Pipe Tracking System records in compliance with applicable standards and procedures.Verify availability, correct setup, and functional status of all required PTS hardware prior to the start of offshore operations.Ensure PTS setup at marshalling yards, prefabrication yards, and offshore sites complies with Project specifications before operations commence.Operate the PTS during load-out and prefabrication activities onshore in accordance with approved guidelines.Ensure all PTS data inputs are properly cleared, validated, and approved prior to offshore operations, including vessel and barge PTS infrastructures.Operate and monitor the PTS during offshore operations in compliance with Corporate and Project Applicable Guidelines.Identify non-conforming pipes and ensure correct segregation, handling, and rejection procedures are applied when required.Collect Quality Control (QC) inspection records and ensure accurate and timely entry of inspection results into the PTS system.Prepare and issue PTS printout records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness, and make records available for Client review and approval as per agreed frequency.Ensure surplus, damaged, or rejected pipe return activities are executed in accordance with project schedules, procedures, and work instructions.Aradığımız ProfilA successful Pipe Tally should have:A degree in engineering or a related technical field.Proficiency in English is a must (both written and spoken).Previous experience with Pipe Tracking Systems, preferably in offshore oil & gas or marine construction projects is an asset.Understanding of pipe handling, QC processes, and material tracking workflows would be an asset.Ability to work in onshore, yard, and site environments.Good communication skills and ability to liaise with Client, QC, and project teams.Teklif EdilenlerOpportunity to work in a large-scale project.Exposure to advanced industrial/manufacturing practices.This is a great opportunity for those looking to grow their career as a Pipe Tally in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
