Job Description

  • Identify, evaluate, and assess potential investment opportunities in line with the firm's investment strategy.
  • Develop new investor relationships across Europe, North America, and other international markets.
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international investors.
  • Conduct financial, commercial, and strategic analyses of hospitality, residential, mixed-use, and commercial real estate investment opportunities.
  • Evaluate the investment potential, market value, associated risks, and expected returns of real estate assets, and formulate investment recommendations.
  • Prepare Investment Memorandums, Pitch Books, and investor presentations, and present investment opportunities to international investors
  • Coordinate due diligence processes and actively contribute to investment decision-making.
  • Support Investment Committee processes through investment analysis, reporting, and presentation preparation.
  • Manage existing investor relationships and ensure effective communication throughout the investment lifecycle

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Finance, Asset Management, or Capital Raising.
  • Strong knowledge of acquisition processes and investment analysis.
  • Proven experience in financial modeling, company and/or real estate valuation, and investment feasibility analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience working with international investors and managing investor relationships.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to effectively lead meetings and deliver presentations to international investors.
