Job Description

  • Ensure that the analysis processes for raw materials, semi-finished products and finished goods are carried out in line with quality objectives and relevant standards
  • Monitor and report process control parameters
  • Follow up on the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) and 5S practices on the production floor
  • Conduct supplier evaluation and audit processes, and report the results
  • Monitor compliance with current legislation, customer requirements and applicable standards
  • Evaluate legal requirements for new product development projects, and follow up on the necessary controls and official procedures
  • Implement management system standards, ensure their continuity and drive continuous improvement
  • Plan and conduct internal and external audits
  • Identify non-conformities, initiate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and follow up on their completion
  • Evaluate customer complaints and keep quality documentation, including procedures, instructions and records, up to date

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Engineering is preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of quality assurance and field audit experience in the FMCG sector
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
  • Excellent command of MS Office applications
  • Quality-oriented, task-conscious
  • Open to change and development
  • Strong teamwork, analytical thinking and communication skills
  • Good in planning & organisation
  • Residency in Antalya
