İş Tanımı

  • Conduct candidate identification and talent mapping projects across assigned industries and functions;
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through market research, networking, databases, and other sourcing channels;
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and competency-based interviews;
  • Prepare candidate profiles, longlists, shortlists, and market reports;
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the CRM/database;
  • Support consultants throughout the recruitment lifecycle;
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience.

Aradığımız Profil

A successful Researcher should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, Engineering, or a related field;
  • Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sales is an advantage;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines;
  • Strong research and analytical skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Fluent in English.
