Senior Corporate & M&A Associate (Attorney at Law)

* Support cross-border M&A transactions, legal due diligence exercises, corporate governance matters, and transaction documentation.

* Draft board and shareholder resolutions, manage general assembly processes, and prepare all related corporate documentation, including notices, meeting minutes, attendance lists, and trade registry filings.

* Advise on corporate reorganisations and restructurings, including mergers, demergers, capital increases and reductions, incorporations, liquidations, and share transfers, and prepare all related legal documentation and implementation plans.

* Prepare, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts and intra-group agreements.

* Coordinate with Turkish and international counsel, monitor transaction workstreams, review legal memoranda, and provide practical advice on corporate law matters.

* Build and maintain trusted client relationships by providing practical, commercially focused legal advice.

* Communicate confidently and professionally with board members, senior executives, regulators, and other stakeholders.

* Collaborate closely with partners and colleagues across practice groups to deliver high-quality legal services.
