Our client is a leading international energy organization operating a network of strategic storage and logistics assets across Türkiye.

İş Tanımı

Provide engineering support for the safe and efficient operation of fuel storage and handling terminals.
Ensure maintenance, inspection, and asset integrity activities are executed in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Act as a key engineering focal point for terminal operations, HSSE, maintenance, and project teams.
Support asset reliability and lifecycle management initiatives across assigned facilities.
Provide technical guidance on Electrical, Instrumentation, Control, and Automation systems.
Review engineering deliverables, contractor work, and technical solutions to ensure quality and compliance.
Coordinate with regional engineering teams and technical specialists on asset performance, engineering standards, and improvement initiatives.
Support the planning and execution of engineering projects, facility upgrades, and operational improvement programs.
Participate in engineering risk assessments and contribute to process safety and operational integrity initiatives.
Monitor contractor performance and ensure engineering activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required standards.
Drive continuous improvement opportunities, particularly in the areas of automation, digitalization, reliability, and operational excellence.
Support audits, assurance activities, and compliance reviews when required.

Aradığımız Profil

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Control & Automation Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of experience within Oil & Gas, Fuel Storage & Distribution, Petrochemical, Energy, Industrial Facilities, or similar sectors.
Strong background in Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) engineering, preferably within operating industrial facilities.
Hands-on experience with electrical distribution systems, instrumentation, control systems, automation platforms, and safety-critical equipment.
Experience supporting maintenance, inspection, asset integrity, and reliability programs.
Familiarity with asset management and lifecycle management principles.
Proven ability to work across multiple engineering disciplines and manage complex technical interfaces.
Experience managing contractors, engineering service providers, and outsourced maintenance activities.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Comfortable working in both office and operational site environments.
Fluent in Turkish and able to communicate effectively in English within an international business environment.
Experience with SAP PM or similar maintenance management systems is highly desirable.
