Job Description

  • Develop and implement procurement and supply chain strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to secure favourable terms.
  • Oversee inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimising costs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyse supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Lead and mentor the supply chain team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Prepare and present reports on supply chain metrics and performance

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain, management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience managing multiple functions, including purchasing, warehouse, logistics, and customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of international trade, export operations, and customs procedures.
  • Experience working with both local and international suppliers.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve processes, establish structure, and drive operational discipline.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Fluent in English.
