The person will be reporting to General Manager and responsible for developing and executing the sales strategies.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships and driving sales growth.

Otomotiv sektöründe üretim ve satış operasyonlarını kapsayan yapıda, insan kaynakları stratejilerini geliştirmek ve performans, organizasyonel gelişim, eğitim ile yedekleme sistemlerinin kurulumu süreçlerine liderlik etmek.

The Technical Manager will be leading product technical support, managing project specifications, and collaborating with sales, R&D, production, and customers to deliver solutions aligned with company's global standards. . This role is based in Istanbul and requires expertise in aluminum architectural systems.

Support effective implementation of marketing strategies through analysing market insights and plans, interacting with internal and external stakeholders, coordinating and executing promotional activities and product positioning in line with region and/or segment direction to support sales growth targets and enhance brand awareness.
