Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar Jobs Updated on 21/07/2026Career GrowthGlobal ExposureAbout Our ClientOur client is a well-established international manufacturing company, recognized for its commitment to innovation, quality, and sustainable growth across global markets.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary HR point of contact for the company's locations in Istanbul, Arifiye, and Ankara.Provide professional guidance and support on a wide range of HR topics, including employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, employee engagement, and organizational development.Partner with managers and employees to ensure timely and effective resolution of HR-related matters.Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job advertising, candidate screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.Prepare, review, and issue employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation in compliance with applicable legislation and company policies.Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, performance reviews, compensation reviews, and offboarding activities.Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity across HR and payroll systems.Coordinate and execute HR administrative processes efficiently and accurately.Contribute to payroll-related activities and support compliance with applicable employment regulations. Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, enhance employee experience, and reduce administrative workload.Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analyses to monitor key people metrics and support decision-making.Participate in HR projects across multiple locations and support continuous improvement initiatives.Support reward and benefits activities, including salary reviews, benchmarking exercises, and bonus programs.Travel regularly between company locations as required.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Around 5 years of progressive experience in a hands-on HR Generalist role.Proven experience managing the full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced business environment.Experience supporting multiple sites and diverse employee populations is preferred.Strong working knowledge of Turkish labor law and HR best practices.Experience handling employee relations and performance management matters with confidence and professionalism.Good understanding of HRIS platforms such as SAP and/or SuccessFactors.Experience supporting payroll administration and HR data management processes.Ability to prepare legally compliant HR documentation, policies, and employment-related correspondence.Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics and identify trends.Proactive, resilient, and solution-oriented approach.High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.Comfortable operating within a growing and evolving business environment.Very good command of English, both written and spoken.German language skills will be considered an advantage.Willingness to travel regularly.What's on OfferOpportunity to work in an international and collaborative environment.ConsultantPinar BaglanQuote job refJN-072026-7065785Job summarySectorHuman ResourcesSub SectorHR Business PartnerIndustryIndustrial / ManufacturingLocationSakaryaContract TypePermanentConsultant namePinar BaglanJob ReferenceJN-072026-7065785
