Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary HR point of contact for the company's locations in Istanbul, Arifiye, and Ankara.
  • Provide professional guidance and support on a wide range of HR topics, including employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Partner with managers and employees to ensure timely and effective resolution of HR-related matters.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job advertising, candidate screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Prepare, review, and issue employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation in compliance with applicable legislation and company policies.
  • Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, performance reviews, compensation reviews, and offboarding activities.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity across HR and payroll systems.
  • Coordinate and execute HR administrative processes efficiently and accurately.
  • Contribute to payroll-related activities and support compliance with applicable employment regulations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, enhance employee experience, and reduce administrative workload.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analyses to monitor key people metrics and support decision-making.
  • Participate in HR projects across multiple locations and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support reward and benefits activities, including salary reviews, benchmarking exercises, and bonus programs.
  • Travel regularly between company locations as required.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Around 5 years of progressive experience in a hands-on HR Generalist role.
  • Proven experience managing the full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Experience supporting multiple sites and diverse employee populations is preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Turkish labor law and HR best practices.
  • Experience handling employee relations and performance management matters with confidence and professionalism.
  • Good understanding of HRIS platforms such as SAP and/or SuccessFactors.
  • Experience supporting payroll administration and HR data management processes.
  • Ability to prepare legally compliant HR documentation, policies, and employment-related correspondence.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics and identify trends.
  • Proactive, resilient, and solution-oriented approach.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Comfortable operating within a growing and evolving business environment.
  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • German language skills will be considered an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel regularly.
