As a Recruitment Consultant, you will connect talented professionals with leading organisations within the financial services industry, in Istanbul. You will manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to securing placements.
As a Recruitment Consultant you will build trusted relationships with clients and candidates, delivering high quality recruitment solutions in a fast paced, commercial environment. This is a role where curiosity is encouraged, performance is recognised, and progression is based on merit.
This role is responsible for designing and delivering learning and development programs aligned with business needs. It works closely with stakeholders to drive skill development initiatives and ensure measurable impact across the organization.
This role focuses on analyzing, improving, and standardizing business processes to drive operational efficiency. The position works closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities, implement enhancements, and support end-to-end transformation initiatives.
