The Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing all purchasing activities across multiple production sites, leading the central purchasing team, and ensuring uninterrupted production through strong supplier management and alternative sourcing strategies. İş Tanımı

*Manage all purchasing activities including electronic components, plastic rawmaterials, auxiliary materials and technical products

* Lead and develop a purchasing team

* Manage a global supplier base across Europe, Americas and Far East, includingonboarding new suppliers

* Develop alternative sourcing strategies for critical materials and manage supplyrisks

* Respond quickly to production needs in a high-volume, fast-pacedmanufacturing environment* Negotiate prices, contracts and commercial conditions with suppliers

* Monitor and manage stock levels of critical components

* Work in close coordination with production, planning, quality and finance teams

* Analyze purchasing data via ERP systems and report insights to seniormanagement

* Drive cost reduction, efficiency and process improvement initiatives

Aradığımız Profil

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related fields

* Minimum 8-10 years of purchasing experience in manufacturing, with at least 3years in a managerial role

* Strong background in electronic components, plastic raw materials or industrialpurchasing

* Experience working with global suppliers and developing alternative sourcing

* Strong leadership and delegation skills

* Analytical mindset; strong ERP and reporting capabilities

* Excellent negotiation and communication skills

* Solution-oriented and resilient under production pressure
